I’m Allison and shave ice is my passion! I’ve been making shave ice for over 9 years. I use the finest ingredients, including purified water for the ice blocks and organic sugar for sweetening the syrups. I’m passionate about flavor combinations and always trying to make your taste buds happy! I opened my little kiosk on January 15, 2015 and it has become a favorite gathering place for locals and tourists.
